Elie Wiesel My child of the Holocaust is Elie Wiesel. Elie Wiesel was born in Transylvania. Furthermore, Elie was very devoted to his Jewish religion. Elie had two sisters and both a mother and father. At a very early age, Elie entered a Holocaust ghetto and camps.Towards the end of these grueling times in the camps, Elie's father died. His father died from exhaustion and a guard striking him in the head repediatly. Elie never saw his mother or sisters once they were seperated at the camps.

Soon after being liberated, Elie Wiesel got married to his wife Marion. Many years after his marriage, Elie decided to finally revile his horrors of the Holocaust. Elie put his experiences in a book titled Night. Furthermore, wrote his memoroies of the holocaust in Sea is Never Full and All Rivers Run to the Sea, In addition, being part of the building of the Holocaust museum in Washington, D.C. With that, winning the Nobel Peace Prize in 1986 and being appointed chairman of the United States Holocaust Memorial Council.
